Director of Construction
Aldo Raffo is a Director of Construction at Wellington Development with more than 20 years of experience as a project management consultant. With over 3,000,000+ SF of construction management and design experience for local and international projects, he provides an array of services including construction management services, risk management, due diligence inspections, and organizational process analysis, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of the firm's pipeline projects.
Aldo earned his B.A. in Architecture from Ricardo Palma University and his master’s degree in Risk Management from the EALDE Business School and the UCAM Catholic University of Murcia. In addition, he holds the Project Management Professional® PMP certification, a Construction Management Certification from Columbia University, and the USGBC LEED GA certification.
