Development Manager,
Seth is a Development Manager at Wellington Development. He is responsible for all aspects of the development cycle for Wellington's affordable housing development opportunities throughout Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Prior to joining Wellington, Seth worked at the E&G Group, an affordable housing developer, alongside Wellington's principal, Jim Edmondson.
Seth earned his undergraduate degree at the College of William and Mary. He enjoys the outdoors, playing soccer, and volunteering through the Big Brother Big Sisters program.
